Toue De France: The Official Game Coming To PS3/Xbox 360

All the thrills and excitement of the actual race without the failed drug tests (shame, shame!), long hours staying up to catch results in your time zone or chance of heat stroke from standing in a sweaty crowd watching the actual event. Granted, a trip to Paree would indeed be lovely, but in this current economy, guys like me hae to settle for eating homemade Pommes Frites (yeah, they're Belgian, but that word SOUNDS French to some Americans), drinking Perrier bought on sale and playing this game. Thank you Focus Interactive and Cyanide Studios! AND it's on a damn game disc as well - woo hoo! (Yes, I hate download only games... with a passion).

Atlus to Publish Divinity II: The Dragon Knight Saga In North America

While I liked the original Divinty II: Ego Draconis on both the 360 and PC, it DID have it's share of technical issues that definitely required some serious patching. Nevertheless, the game not only got those patches, but some nice DLC and an excellent PC expansion that, along with the original content added up to well over one hundred hours of gameplay. In today's "Well, THAT woke me up!" news, Atlus USA has very wisely teamed up with Focus Home Interactive to present Divinity II: The Dragon Knight Saga exclusively for the Xbox 360 in North America.

It seems as if Atlus is striving to become the 'Kings of All Things RPG' these days as they branch out and publish non-Japanese developed titles such as The Cursed Crusade and now Larian's sweeping epic. Hmmm... maybe they can convince Soldak to get its games onto a console or look into stuff like the Eschalon series in the future... my mind is full of ideas. Er, anyway...

Press release/screens below the jump (it's long like the game, so go read it and make that pre-order afterward) and the trailer is up and running on the other blog.

Blood Bowl Legendary Edition Update: Cheerleaders Rock!

What would football be without cheerleaders, right? And heck, what would Blood Bowl: Legendary Edition (hitting retail and online October 28th) be without FLAMING cheerleaders? Nice. New screens to come in a bit (I'm currently toiling away on a bunch of cool stuff and updates, but I may as well keep you slightly entertained, no?)

Blood Bowl Legendary Edition Update: High, Elves!

Who know High Elves would be so into this sort of "fantasy" football AND quite good at it, to boot? And here I thought they were all haughty nectar-sipping, pointy-eared elitists sneering at us puny humans with out short lifespans, penchant for fast food, mall trawling and talking too loud on our cell phones. Anyway, Focus Home Interactive has dropped more info and screens on the class on the official Blood Bowl website. Poke around there for more info and click below to look at those skinny, faster than you blankety-blanks in action. The game ships out on October 26th, by the way.
