Majin & The Forsaken Kingdom Shipping Early (Well, Now - That's Cool!)

You usually don't hear a whole lot about games shipping on time, so it's awesome to find out there's at least ONE game that's had it's release date pushed UP a bit. Namco Bandai has announced that Majin & The Forsaken Kingdom for the PS3 and Xbox 360 will be hitting retail on November 23, 2010. The Game Republic-developed action/stealth/puzzle game features a single player story driven experience in which players will team up with a hulking forest spirit-totem in order to save a mythical kingdom. A bit of press release below the jump.
I absolutely loved this when I saw it in action a few months back and it definitely has "sleeper hit" written all over it, that's for sure...

Wrapped in an emotional journey of courage and friendship, Majin & The Forsaken Kingdom takes players on a majestic adventure as a cunning individual who must rely on his agility to triumph over increasing obstacles. What he lacks in might, his towering companion makes up for it with his colossal size and brawn. As players progress through the game's lush environments, the Majin will continue to acquire additional abilities that will provide access to previously obstructed areas. Redefining co-op AI gameplay, Majin and the Forsaken Kingdom delivers an accessible experience that offers the perfect mix of stealth, action and combat that is designed to keep the journey immersive. Though each character has their own objective, teamwork is essential for survival as the hero and the Majin must work in tandem to persevere over any challenge that lies in their path. This complementary relationship will only deepen and evolve as the story unfolds.
